# Add messages after PPV media

Configure ordered Follow-up Messages with text or media, delays, and stop conditions.

**Follow-up Messages** are messages that Substy handles in order after a PPV message. Each follow-up can contain text or media, its own delay, and optional stop conditions.

## Open Follow-up Messages

Open **CRM → Scripts**, then open the script and template you want to edit. Choose **Follow-up Messages** in the template editor.

## Configure each follow-up

1.  Choose **Add Follow-up**.
    
2.  Add text, media, or both. Each follow-up needs at least one of them.
    
3.  Set the **Delay**.
    
4.  Choose any **Stop Conditions** you need.
    
5.  Add more follow-ups and reorder them into the sequence you want.
    

## How delays and order work

Substy handles the follow-ups in the order shown after the PPV message, using the delays you set. The exact send time can vary.

## Use stop conditions

A selected stop condition prevents that follow-up from being sent when the relevant action has already happened:

-   The message was read.
    
-   The fan replied.
    
-   The PPV was purchased.
