# Create your first script template

Create a script from scratch, add its first template, and configure its message, media, and pricing.

Select the creator you want to work on, then open **CRM → Scripts**. Creating or changing scripts requires script-management access. Creating or configuring their templates requires separate template-management access, so you need both to complete this guide.

## Create the script

1.  Select the creator you want to work on.
    
2.  Open **CRM → Scripts**.
    
3.  Choose **Start from Scratch**.
    
4.  Enter a **Script name** and, if useful, a description.
    
5.  Choose **Create Script**.
    

You can also use a template or import an existing script instead of starting from scratch.

## Add the first template

Open the new script and start a template. The template editor is where you set the message, media, and pricing.

1.  Enter a **Template Name**.
    
2.  Choose **Add Media**.
    
3.  Choose how the message is written.
    
4.  Open **Pricing** and choose **Free** for an unlocked opening template, or **Fixed** or **Smart** for a paid template.
    
5.  Choose **Create Template**.

## If the creation options are missing

Ask an owner or admin to review your script-management and template-management access for the selected creator.
