# Manage media in the Vault

Find, upload, organize, describe, and safely bulk-manage media for a selected creator.

Use the Vault to find and manage media for the creator you selected.

## Before you start

-   Select a creator, then open CRM → Vault.
    
-   Vault viewing access lets you browse permitted media. Media-management access is required for uploads, list changes, Context and tag edits, bulk organization, and deletion.
    

## Find media

-   Browse custom or default lists and use list search or sorting.
    
-   Search media or filter by Photo, Video, or Audio.
    
-   Filter by With scripts or Without scripts, then sort by Newest or Oldest.
    

## Upload media

1.  With media-management access, choose Upload or drag and drop one or more image, video, or audio files.
    
2.  Optionally assign the files to one or more custom lists.
    
3.  For an OnlyFans creator, Substy may ask you to choose an upload fan before the first upload when none is selected. Follow the on-screen request to continue.
    

## Organize lists and media

-   Create, rename, or delete custom lists. Platform default lists cannot be edited.
    
-   Select several media items to add them to lists, remove them from the current list, or delete them after confirmation.
    

## Review media details

Open a media card to see its preview and details. With media-management access, you can edit Context and media tags. Creator tags appear only on supported platforms, and the card can show how many scripts use the media.

## Blur previews

The global NSFW blur setting obscures supported media previews. It does not change the underlying media.
