## Check availability

1.  Select a creator and open Automations.
    
2.  Under Create Your First Automation, find Online Message.
    
3.  Online Message requires Elite.
    

## If Online Message is unavailable

-   Check that the selected creator is on Elite.
    
-   Automations are unavailable for MYM creators.
