If platform sessions are logged out or reset, Substy may ask you to reconnect the affected creator. Your Substy configuration is not removed just because the creator disconnected.

## What is preserved

Reconnecting restores the platform connection. Existing Substy settings, scripts, automations, fan notes, and team setup remain in your workspace unless someone changes or deletes them separately.

Complete the verification method shown on screen. Keep codes and verification links private, and do not disable account security to reconnect.
