# Send and schedule Mass Messages

Send a Mass Message now or schedule it, with the verified limits for OnlyFans, Fanvue, and MYM.

Select a creator, then open **CRM** > **Mass Messages**. Mass Messages requires a Pro or Elite plan. Which controls you see depends on your Mass Messages access.

## Create the Mass Message

1.  Choose **New Mass Message**.
    
2.  Enter the message text. To attach media, choose **Add media from vault**.
    
3.  Choose the recipients. You can select fan lists; for OnlyFans, you can also select individual fans.
    
4.  Review the platform rules below before you send or schedule the message.
    

## Check the selected platform

-   **OnlyFans:** for a paid Mass Message with media, keep at least one attachment as paid media instead of making every attachment a preview.
    
-   **Fanvue:** Mass Messages do not support separate preview media.
    
-   **MYM:** send immediately, use no separate preview media, and attach no more than five items.
    

## Send now

Choose **Send Message** to send the Mass Message immediately.

## Schedule for later

Scheduling is supported for OnlyFans and Fanvue. MYM Mass Messages must be sent immediately.

1.  Turn on **Schedule**.
    
2.  Choose a date and time at least five minutes in the future.
    
3.  Choose **Schedule Message**.
    

## Use Auto-unsend

For a new OnlyFans or Fanvue Mass Message, **Auto-unsend** accepts a time from 1 minute through 23 hours 59 minutes. The control is not shown while editing.
