# Set AI Chatter availability by team shifts

Choose Team Shifts for AI Chatter, then add scheduled AI coverage from Shift Schedule.

Always Active permits AI Chatter to reply at any time. Team Shifts limits replies to periods covered in Team Management. If no schedule covers a time, AI Chatter does not reply then.

Team scheduling is available on Pro and Elite plans and is currently unavailable for MYM creators.

## Before adding AI coverage

1.  Enable AI Chatter for the creator.
    
2.  Under When the AI can send messages, choose Team Shifts.
    

## Add an AI schedule

1.  Open Team Management > Shift Schedule.
    
2.  Choose Add Schedule.
    
3.  Set Schedule Type to AI.
    
4.  Select the creator.
    
5.  Set the date and time.
    
6.  Add recurrence if needed.
    

## Fill an uncovered period

If an uncovered time slot is shown and your access allows it, choose Fill with AI to create AI coverage for that gap.

Viewing schedules, managing schedules, and filling gaps can use separate access. Ask an owner or admin if a control is unavailable.
