# Understand Creator Statistics

Use Creator Statistics to filter creator-account performance, review current metrics, and compare permitted creators.

Open CRM > Creator Statistics. This dashboard summarizes creator-account performance. Employee Statistics instead compares performance attributed to people and AI.

## Check access and creator scope

-   Creator Statistics is available from the Free plan.
    
-   You need View creator performance access. The main creator-performance statistics are limited to the creators you are permitted to access.
    
-   For those main statistics, view all permitted creators together or select one creator. This creator scope does not describe the separate Tracking Links panel.
    

## Filter the dashboard

-   Choose Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom range.
    
-   Switch between Net and Gross.
    
-   Use Daily, Weekly, or Monthly grouping when the selected range supports it.
    

## Read the metric cards

-   Total Earnings
    
-   Revenue by AI
    
-   Total New Fans
    
-   Total PPV Sent
    
-   Unlock Rate
    
-   Total Messages Sent
    
-   Average PPV Paid
    
-   Revenue by Others
    
-   Total PPV Paid
    
-   LTV
    
-   Golden Ratio
    

## Review the dashboard sections

-   Earnings and fan charts
    
-   Revenue breakdown
    
-   Creator comparison table
    
-   Tracking Links, a separate panel shown when usable tracking data is available; do not assume it follows the main creator selection
    

## If data does not load

-   If the main statistics request fails, choose Retry.
    
-   An empty creator table shows No creator data available.
