# View creator statements

Review loaded creator statement records, sort supported columns, and understand access and history limitations.

The Statements view brings together loaded creator transaction records for your agency from supported platforms. Open Creators, then choose Statements under the Payout group. The menu requires payout balance viewing access, and loading the records also requires payout history viewing permission.

## Review statement records

1.  Open Creators.
    
2.  Under Payout, select Statements.
    
3.  Review the loaded records. The desktop table shows the date and creator, Amount, Fee with VAT when present, Net, Status, and Description.
    
4.  Use the column controls to sort by Date, Amount, Fee, Net, or Status. Description is visible but is not sortable.
    
5.  Move between pages to review the loaded records, up to 10 per page. Changing pages does not fetch older records from the platform, so this is not a complete transaction history.
    

## What to expect on different screens

On mobile, statement records appear as cards instead of a desktop table. The current Statements view lists individual records and does not show an aggregate totals row or summary card.

## Platform and history limitations

Fanvue transactions are not supported in this view. Other creators may also be absent if their account is disconnected, not yet verified, or their transactions could not be loaded. An empty or partial list does not establish that no transactions occurred. For older or missing transactions, check the creator's platform directly.

## If Statements is missing or records cannot load

Ask an owner or administrator to review both payout balance viewing access, which controls the Statements menu, and payout history viewing permission, which is required to load its records.
