# Why a page or action is unavailable

Check the selected creator, your access, the creator's plan, and platform availability when a page or action is missing or locked.

Unavailable access can look different across Substy. A page or action may be hidden, locked, disabled, read-only, or replaced by **Not Available** or **Upgrade Required**.

## Check these first

1.  **Select the intended creator.** Feature access is checked for the creator you selected.
    
2.  **Ask an owner or admin to review your access.** They should check your role and access to that creator.
    
3.  **If you see Upgrade Required, check the creator's plan.** If you cannot manage billing, ask an owner or admin.
    
4.  **If you see Not Available, check the platform.** The feature is not available for the selected creator's platform.
    

## Report the missing access

If access still looks wrong, give your owner or admin:

-   The page or action name.
    
-   The selected platform.
    
-   The exact message shown.
    
-   A screenshot with sensitive information hidden.
    

Hide names, private messages, media, and account details. Never share passwords or verification codes.
