Use the Billing page

Billing is a top-level item in the Substy sidebar. Its sections include Overview, Subscriptions, History, and Information. MCP limits also appears when MCP access is enabled for your agency and you have View billing access.

Access Billing

You need View billing access for Overview, Subscriptions, and History. Information appears only with Manage billing access.

Overview

Use Overview to see Wallet, Available Balance, Next Billing, Usage, and Recent transactions. Depending on your access, you may also see Add Credits, Manage Subscriptions, and Notifications.

Overview also shows Automatic top-up settings. For the distinction between one-time payments and saved-card controls, see Add a payment method.

Subscriptions

Use Subscriptions to review each creator's current plan and status. Applicable rows may offer Add Subscription, Change Plan, Cancel, retry, or Reactivate. Plan-changing actions require Manage subscriptions access for that creator.

History

Use History to search transactions and filter by date, status, type, or creator. CSV export appears only with Export billing CSV access.

Information

With Manage billing access, use Information to add or edit personal details, optional company and VAT details, and the address used for billing.

If Billing is unavailable

Ask an owner or role manager to grant the View billing access you need.
