Configure agency notifications

Set up agency-level Discord or Telegram notifications, then choose default events and creator-specific overrides where your access allows.

Check access

• Open Notifications and choose Agency. You need View notifications settings access.

• Agency notification features require a Pro or Elite plan and the matching management access for each control.

• Discord and default-event controls require Manage agency notifications access. Telegram linking requires Manage Telegram links access.

• Creator Event Overrides require creator scope and Manage creator notifications access.

Choose channels and default events

1. Use the Discord or Telegram options shown for your agency.

2. Under Default Events, choose from Purchase, New Message, Handover, New Subscriber, Script Exhausted, and Low Balance.

Set creator overrides

1. Open Creator Event Overrides and choose a creator within your scope.

2. Keep the creator on the default events or choose explicit event values.

3. Use Reset to defaults when you want to clear that creator’s overrides.
