Connect Telegram notifications
Connect your personal Telegram account, choose notification events, or remove the connection.
Connect your personal Telegram account from Notifications > Personal, then choose which personal events you want to receive there.
Connect Telegram

Open Notifications > Personal.

Expand the Telegram row.

Use the Telegram authorization control and approve the connection in Telegram.

After the connection completes, turn on the Telegram switch.

Choose the personal event switches you want to receive.
If the Telegram switch is unavailable
The personal Telegram switch becomes usable after you connect Telegram. Expand the row and complete the authorization first.
Disconnect Telegram

Open Notifications > Personal and expand the connected Telegram row.

Select Disconnect Telegram.
Personal and agency settings
This workflow configures your personal Telegram notifications. Shared agency Telegram settings are separate under Notifications > Agency and are available only to users with the required access.
