Review shift history and performance
Filter individual employee and AI shifts and inspect the report metrics available for each shift.
Use Shift History to review individual employee and AI shifts and the report metrics available for each one. Schedule-view access is required.
Open and filter Shift History

Open Team Management, then choose Shift History. Users without broader team-management access may instead see My Schedule.

Adjust the date range if needed. The view starts with the current month.

Search for an employee, AI name, or assigned creator.

Choose All Shifts, Employees, or AI Agents, then sort by date, duration, or name.
Read a shift row
A row shows the assigned employee or AI, date, time window, creators, shift type, and duration. The table shows 30 shifts per page.
Inspect available metrics
Expand a shift to inspect its report. When available, it can show messages, revenue, tips, PPV messages, average response time, and conversion. If no report exists, the view shows that the data is unavailable.
Interpret these as shift-level report metrics rather than an overall employee assessment.
