Supported platforms and feature availability

Substy supports OnlyFans, Fanvue, and MYM (BETA). Feature availability depends on the selected creator's platform, plan, and your role access.

Available means the platform supports the feature. Your selected creator, plan, and role can still affect what you can open or change, and a feature may behave differently across platforms. This is a quick reference, not a complete list of every Substy feature.

Important MYM restrictions

• MYM does not support scheduled Mass Messages, even if the shared Schedule control is visible.

• MYM does not support Automations, Fan Lists, Tracking Links, Creator Profile, subscriptions, promotions, free trials, Message Queue, Team Schedule, or payouts.

For Fanvue, Creator Profile includes subscription price, profile promotion, and free-trial controls. Fanvue Automations also include the Elite Online Message option, which messages fans when they come online.

If a feature is unavailable
