Create your first script template
Create a script from scratch, add its first template, and configure its message, media, and pricing.
Select the creator you want to work on, then open CRM → Scripts. Creating or changing scripts requires script-management access. Creating or configuring their templates requires separate template-management access, so you need both to complete this guide.
Create the script

Select the creator you want to work on.

Open CRM → Scripts.

Choose Start from Scratch.

Enter a Script name and, if useful, a description.

Choose Create Script.
You can also use a template or import an existing script instead of starting from scratch.
Add the first template
Open the new script and start a template. The template editor is where you set the message, media, and pricing.

Enter a Template Name.

Choose Add Media.

Choose how the message is written.

Open Pricing and choose Free for an unlocked opening template, or Fixed or Smart for a paid template.

Choose Create Template.

Ask an owner or admin to review your script-management and template-management access for the selected creator.
