When you are signed in, use the in-app help launcher to contact the Substy team about an account question or product issue.
Start a support request

Open the in-app help launcher.

Describe the visible symptom and the steps you already tried.

Add the creator display name when relevant, the approximate time and timezone, and the exact visible error text.

If a screenshot would help, review it carefully before attaching it.
Check screenshots for private data
Do not attach a screenshot that shows private fan messages, explicit media, balances, payment details, or other private workspace information.
Keep sensitive details out of the request
Never send passwords, authentication or verification codes, verification links, webhook URLs, access tokens, payment-card details, or private fan content.
Submit a product idea
For a product idea, choose Request Feature in the sidebar instead of opening a support request.
