Open Browser, select a creator, and choose Open Browser. Browser requires an Elite plan and Browser access.

Check the selected creator

  • Browser is currently available for verified OnlyFans and MYM creators, not Fanvue.

  • Complete two-factor verification first when the selected creator requires it.

Understand session access and expiry

  • The launch page describes each Browser session as tied to the selected creator. Select the creator you intend to work with before opening Browser.

  • The launch page shows Expires after 4 hours. Do not assume that reopening Browser restarts that duration; if a session has expired, return to Browser and follow the recovery steps below.

  • Opening a session requires an active Substy sign-in and valid organization access.

If Browser is unavailable

If the session link is invalid, expired, or access cannot be confirmed, Browser shows Browser unavailable. Sign in if needed, choose Try again, or return to Browser and open a new session.
