Open a verified OnlyFans or MYM creator account in Browser and resolve access blockers before launch.

Use Browser to work in the selected creator's connected platform account for common account, message, and content tasks.

Before you start

  • Browser is available with Elite.

  • Your role includes the Access browser capability.

  • The creator is connected and verified on OnlyFans or MYM. Browser is not available for Fanvue creators.

  • Any two-factor verification requested by Substy is complete.

Open Browser

  1. Select the connected, verified creator you want to work with.

  2. Choose Browser from the main navigation.

  3. Complete any verification request shown on the page, then choose Open Browser.

Where Browser opens

  • Desktop: Browser opens inside Substy.

  • Mobile: Browser opens in a dedicated Browser window.
