Reconnecting a Creator After Logging Out of All Sessions
Reconnect a creator after platform sessions are logged out or reset.
If platform sessions are logged out or reset, Substy may ask you to reconnect the affected creator. Your Substy configuration is not removed just because the creator disconnected.

The exact prompts depend on the creator's platform and the verification method requested by that platform account.
What is preserved
Reconnect the same platform account in the same Substy workspace. A disconnected session does not by itself remove your existing Substy settings, scripts, automations, fan notes, or team setup. Reconnecting is not a way to transfer that setup to a different workspace or restore items someone deleted separately.
If verification appears
Complete the verification method shown on screen. Keep codes and verification links private, and do not disable account security to reconnect.
