Generate a PPV caption with AI

Use AI Mode when you want Substy to write a caption relevant to a template's attached media when that template is used. You need access to manage the creator's script templates.

Turn on AI Mode

1. Select a creator and open CRM > Scripts.

2. Select a script, then open an existing template or add a new one.

3. Add at least one media item to the template.

4. Copy any manually written message you want to keep. Turning on AI Mode clears that message.

5. In Message, turn on AI Mode, then save the template.

The saved template is visibly marked as AI-enabled. You do not need to enter message text while AI Mode is on.

Return to a manual message

1. Turn off AI Mode in Message.

2. Enter the message you want to send. A manually written message is required while AI Mode is off.

3. Use any variables shown in the editor if you want the message to adapt for its recipient, then save.

If AI Mode is unavailable or turns off

• Add at least one media item before trying to enable AI Mode.

• Removing all media turns AI Mode off. Add media again before re-enabling it.

• If editing controls are missing, ask a workspace owner to check your assigned access.
