Choose a creator, move between conversations, use current filters, and open available fan information.
Use Messages to move between the conversations available for an assigned creator.
Open Messages

Open Messages.

Choose an assigned creator that is connected.

Complete the requested verification if Substy asks for it.
Move around on desktop or mobile

On desktop, use the pinned-conversation bar, collapsible conversation list, active conversation, and fan-information panel when it is available.

On mobile, switch between the conversation list and the active conversation. Open fan information separately when it is available.
Find a conversation

Search conversations or choose All or Unread.

Use Handoff when it is available.

Use pinned lists or the current Sort & Filter controls to narrow the list further.
Open available conversation details
The conversation header and the Fan, Creator, and History tabs show only the actions and information available to you.
If an option is unavailable
Available filters and actions can vary by creator platform, creator settings, plan, and your access. Recheck the selected creator when the layout or controls differ.
