Understand what script templates do
Learn how scripts organize reusable message templates and which rules apply to free and paid templates.
Scripts organize reusable message templates for one creator. Select a creator, then open CRM > Scripts; what you can view or change depends on your assigned access.
How scripts and templates fit together
-
A script is an ordered group of message templates for the selected creator.
-
Each template represents one step. Drag the template cards to change their order.
-
A script can support Manual mode, AI mode, or both. Status, Schedule, and Linked lists are separate script settings.
What a template can contain
-
A name and either a manually written message or AI Mode for the caption.
-
Media and pricing when the template is paid.
-
Optional follow-ups and creator tags where those controls are supported.
Free and paid templates
-
A free template with a manually written message can be text-only.
-
AI Mode requires at least one media item.
-
A paid template needs at least one paid, non-preview media item. Preview media can only be used alongside paid media on a paid template.
