How AI Chatter negotiates PPV prices

AI Chatter can make a lower offer when a fan negotiates or objects to a PPV price. The price stays within the limits set for that template.

Fixed pricing

• Asking price: the first price offered.

• Final price: the lowest price AI Chatter can send.

When a fan negotiates, AI Chatter can offer a lower price between those values.

Smart pricing

You set one limit: the Final price. Substy chooses the asking price from the conversation and does not go below your Final price.

Which pricing mode should I use?

• Choose Fixed when you want to set both prices.

• Choose Smart when you want Substy to choose the asking price while respecting your floor.
