Send Telegram alerts from an automation

Use Telegram alert automations to notify selected teammates when a fan event needs human attention. The fan does not receive these internal alerts.

The Notify Employee action can also use other personal notification channels that a recipient has enabled; it is not limited to Telegram.

Before you start

Telegram alert templates start from the Pro plan. Some triggers require Elite.
Select a creator whose platform supports the chosen trigger.
At least one teammate must connect Telegram from Notifications > Personal. Each intended recipient must also turn on the Telegram channel there to receive Telegram alerts.

Choose a Telegram alert template

Open CRM > Automations, choose From template, then open Telegram alerts. Available templates can include alerts for new subscribers, PPV purchases, subscription lifecycle events, birthdays, fans coming online, and fan messages that match keywords.

Templates that do not match the creator's platform, current plan, or available recipients may be hidden or locked.

Create the alert

Select the creator and open CRM > Automations.
Choose From template, open Telegram alerts, and select the alert that matches the event you want to monitor.
In the Telegram notification step, choose one or more linked teammates under Recipients. Confirm that each has the Telegram channel enabled in Notifications > Personal.
Enter the required Message. Use visible quick inserts only when they add useful context for the team.
Review the trigger, audience, timing, and settings, then choose Create New Automation.

If no recipient is available or Telegram alerts do not arrive

Ask the intended teammate to connect Telegram and enable the Telegram channel in Notifications > Personal. Return to the automation and select that teammate under Recipients. Connecting Telegram or selecting a recipient alone is not enough if their Telegram channel is off.

If a template is unavailable

Check the selected creator's platform, the agency plan, and whether at least one teammate has connected Telegram. For exact trigger availability, use Automation triggers, actions, and availability.
